My crew really enjoyed these. Followed the recipe to the letter except I used three ten ounce cans of Enchilada sauce because I couldn't find big cans. I didn't find the enchiladas too soupy, but the recipe yielded one 9x13 and one 8x8 dish for me so I had to divide the sauce. Had everything fit into one pan it probably would have been too soupy. "
