I made this recipe exactly as the directions, and the sauce was just waaaay too bitter, and I ended up having to use a lot more chicken broth, wine, and flour to get it to taste right...and even then, it still had a weird aftertaste. So I wasn't thrilled with the sauce at all. However, the chicken was amazing. So I have a love/hate relationship"
