I make this recipe every couple months. We love it! We like mushrooms so I double the mushrooms and double the liquids. At the very end of the cooking process, I add a little heavy cream to thicken just slightly and give a creamier taste and appearance. I serve with risotto or cous cous and steamed asparagus. WONDERFUL DISH!!!"
