Reviewed Pork Roast with Apple Mustard Glaze

"I followed the recipe exactly, and was very happy with the results. The pork was cooked perfectly, the glaze was superb, and it was well worth the 2 hour cooking time. I would gladly cook this again, though only on a special occasion -- turns out pork roast is really expensive!

Note to self: try a little garlic in the glaze next time.
