Reviewed Pork Roast with Apple Mustard Glaze

I followed the recipe exactly, and was very happy with the results. The pork was cooked perfectly, the glaze was superb, and it was well worth the 2 hour cooking time. I would gladly cook this again, though only on a special occasion -- turns out pork roast is really expensive!

Note to self: try a little garlic in the glaze next...

This was really good. I used a paste-rub from a jar, and it turned out really well. It gets really dark very quickly when you do it in the BBQ, but that could have to do with using a wet rub as opposed to a dry.
