"I turned up the oven temp as some people suggested but could not get the fries to get crispy. And even with turning them every 10 minutes, they still got burned. I agree the flavor is good, but they were basically inedible because of the texture and burning. I'll try again with parboiling and using cooking spray instead of EVOO - or look for a dif""
