Reviewed Tagliatelle with Smashed Peas, Sausage, and Ricotta Cheese

Sooooo good! I would recommend using all of the pasta water as the pasta gets a little "tight", also I used spicy Italian chicken sausage instead of pork, and may use just a few less peas next time. Outstanding! Can't wait for leftovers! Another Giada masterpiece. "

I was so disappointed in this, it really turned into a pasta dish after it was done cooking and had an overpowering taste of rosemary. My husband loved it however it reminded him of a dish his mom made when he was young - when she was feeding a family of 8""

I am not sure why this has so many good reviews. I found the recipe misleading... first there was no way the liquid was enough to even cover the 5lbs of cubed squash and apples... I had to add a lot of chicken stock. I didn't end up using cider per the other reviews... it was too sweet. The curry even though it was mild was too overpowering. ...

I loved how it smelled when I was baking it but to be fair... it was really way too sweet. I cooked it for about 50 minutes and it was still gooey... consistency was good, pumpkin is great, next time I'd just use a lot less sugar in the filling. ""

AHHHmazing. Followed the recipe completely but did increase the cheese - it was heavenly. I made it the day before and baked it again in a buttered casserole dish because I had to make it ahead. So good - better the day of (without baking) can't wait to make it again.

Thanks Tyler - this is a hit! ""

like candy! The orange rind did offset some of the sweetness ( I added more per some other reviews)... I made the sauce and baked the potatoes in advance... the sauce never got thick and I used a lot less than I made - but it was a hit - my husband loved them.!

Reviewed Pancetta-Wrapped Pork Roast

So delicious. I followed the instructions completely and marinated the roast for 24 hours. I tend to overcook pork, so I resisted keeping it in the oven longer than then the hour that was in the recipe, I am so glad I did - it was perfect. My husband loved it. Definite make again. Thanks Giada you are quite a gal!

It sounded like a wonderful, rich fall meal. I made it tonight - will finish it tomorrow (reheat the sauce and meat and put over fresh pasta etc.)... but I am nervous as it was very very greasy. Thank you to the reviewer who recommended the paper towels I wouldn't quite know how to get all the grease w/ a spoon alone. Next time I would do more tomatoes....
