"Thanks for the recipe. Not sure why it's a Thanksgiving dish this is a regular menu item don't save it for just once a year. Ok have trouble crisping the bacon so I put in the microwave (sacrilege) and partially cook and then right before the roast comes out I broil it to get it nice and crispy. ""
