"This is delicious and easy to make! You can substitute balsamic vinegar to add a richer flavor. I took peaches and crushed them instead of using peach nectar, it added some nice texture to the agrodolce. The sauce also works with bone in pork chops. ""

"Delicious!! I used 3 eggs, extra cheese, and fresh corn off the cob(about 6 ears). Be sure to temper the eggs very slowly and keep stiring the mixture. Don't know what those people did who didnt like this. "
