Reviewed Emeril's Oven-Braised Osso Buco with Orzo "Risotto"

"I made this for Christmas and it was wonderful. I was making it for 8 so I made a little more sauce and used 8 shanks. I used 28oz of beef stock, 2 cups of wine and 1 can of beef broth. I added 2 tbs of tomato paste when I was cooking the vegetables and I put in 3 chopped tomatoes when I added the stock. I did not use the orzo. I made mashed potat""
