"Love this Recipe! I have done these cranberries for the last two Thanksgivings. I use fresh unsweetened cranberries instead. I also use the cranberry juice cocktail, and not plain cranberry juice. I imagine regular cranberry juice would make it a little too bitter. If you decide to use fresh cranberries, you don't need to alter the directions""
