"Just tried this one tonight and it is a keeper for us. It does call for Italian sausage, but with the onions and paprika it really does hit the Hungarian flavor profile. I didnt have any smoked paprika on hand and I am not a huge cumin fan so I did 1 1/2 tsp paprika and 1/2 tsp cumin and no cayenne because we had some that were spicy sensitive. St"
