“Good, although I agree that it was a skosh too salty. And I did use the correct amount of kosher salt.
I think that caper juice and mustard vary in saltiness. So if you have very salty caper juice, it might not need any added salt. Next time, I'd make the filling with no salt first, taste, and then add the salt only if it needed...”
