"Just made this today for Labor Day, this is the best mac and cheese I have ever made. So Thankful my coworker found this recipe for me (Thanks Rad). I doubled the garlic,shallots and panko bread crumbs, I used mild cheddar and pepper jack cheese and used about 5 pieces of bacon Delicious. As far as the salt I dont remember exactly how much I used"
