Reviewed Turkey Roulade with Cranberry-Apricot Stuffing

The stuffing was wonderful, but I think next time I would leave out the fennel seed, used kirsch as that was all I had, didn't use the wine to cook in, used chicken broth instead and I added diced thick slice bacon to the stuffing as well... turned out great!""
