"Wow! It's hard to believe that a recipe so simple could be so delicious! I used sweet onions and a sweet red wine. I didn't have fresh thyme so I sprinkled in a little dried. Because I only have an electric stove, my cook times were significantly longer, but OH SO worth it! This is definitely a keeper!""
