I loved it, I make risotto frequently, but the idea of the fresh lemon zest looked interesting. I only used the peas as it was on hand and I added shrimp. Topped with fresh basil and parsley, it was good, all the kids loved it. Another great recipe from Ina!"

This cake was easy and amazing. I did not have buttermilk on hand, so I used the old trick of 1 tablespoon lemon juice with one cup milk (let sit 5 minutes before using). the cake is so pretty and the taste is so rich. This is definitely one of the best cakes I have ever made."

So Good! I substituted fresh spinach for the swiss chard and crumbled sausage for the pancetta. I also added 2 cups cooked pasta for substance. Everyone loved it! Do not omit the rosemary!
