Followed this recipe exactly and it worked out great. The only thing I did differently was grind up the fennel seeds...I cut everything in half because there was only 2 of us eating this.

This was very heavy...I've had a similar recipe which only called for half of these ingredients and was much better. The sour cream wasn't needed here...neither was the wine. All and all, I didn't care for this. Very thick and very fattening. Sorry Paula.
