OMG!!!! This dish was amazing!!!! My husband and I truly loved it. We play a lot of tennis and after a few hours on the hot court, this meal was perfect. It's light, refreshing and so satisfying. A definite keeper during hot summers in Southern California."

I have been making this recipe for awhile now and over time I have made a few changes. I use whole wheat pasta (to make it a bit healthier), I increase the lemon juice & zest, add chopped garlic and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the oil mixture as well as use a half cup of basil. I made this last night and it was great! However, I am notorius for modifying recipes to make them my own. I added some chopped garlic to the sauce, because my husband and I are garlic crazy!! And I served with lemon pepper pappardelle (extra wide fettuccine). It was lemony, but so light and fresh! "
