Reviewed Grilled Sweet Potato Fries

"Just made these tonight. Easy to do and a good flavour.

I cut the spices a wee bit, because they seemed a lot. Half the cinnamon, cloves and cayenne but they were still spicy and tasty.

Everyone liked them. "

Reviewed Stuffed Pork Tenderloin over Grilled Kale drizzled with Grilled Peach Whiskey Beurre Blanc

"Very tasty recipe. The pork was yummy and easy to make. I took note of someone else on the filling and added some bacon fat and 3 rashers of cooked finely chopped bacon to it. I also added cilantro instead of parsley. Couldn't find corn bread, so just used 2 slices of bread shredded. It was nice with the pork and added good texture. The stuffing d"

Reviewed Cuban Skirt Steak with Tomato Escabeche and Mango Steak Sauce

"Great recipe! Lovely flavour, slight sweetness to it.

The marinade was easy as all his are. Only marinaded it for 4 hours but the flavour was still here. Served it with the mango sauce which was lovely. I can't get ancho chili here, so use regular and used about 2 teas of regular chili powder. It was about right. The meat was slightly sweet wi"

Reviewed Grilled Corn and Tomato Salad with Thai Basil Vinaigrette Dressing

"What a gorgeous recipe!

Easy to make and incredibly zingy and tasty. I've made this a couple of times now and people rave about it and keep pinching spoonfuls from the fridge later in the day. :-)

Would HIGHLY recommend this recipe. Delicious. "

Reviewed Rocky Road Crunch Bars

"People LOVED this. Really raved over it. I even loved it and I'm not a choccy fan. Fantastic texture, both crunch and softness. Yum

I made it in the States, I used honey Graham Crackers - just one packet from the box that holds 3. Left them a bit chunky rather than a fine crush. I also used half milk and half bitter sweet chocolate. Left off t"

Reviewed Bacon and Tomato Hash

"I just made this yesterday for a Sunday brunch. It was lovely. Good comments from everyone. I trebled the recipe and it was great. It was a nice side dish. Something a bit different. Very easy to make, which was good with the more time consuming eggs benedict. Would make it again. (have made it again, many times, it's soooo good)

Just realised"

Reviewed Grilled Halibut with Corn-Coconut Curry Sauce and Grilled Cherry Tomato Chutney

"I love curry things but this one didn't quite hit the spot. And I generally LOVE Bobbys recipes. Some of us thought it was ok, and some of us didn't like it. Mixed bag.

I found it a bit sharp in flavour. We added more salt and some cream, which smoothed it out a bit but it was still a bit harsh, rather than a tangy sweet curry, which it should"
