"I also did only the Sole Almondine from this episode. What a great dish! I din't had sole, but used tilapia instead... My husband loved it! Is his favorite fish. I also did it with chicken for tomorrow's lunch, and it was good also, but is much better with the fish.
Will get sole next time...

Reviewed Pumpkin Maple Pecan Cheesecake
"Just did this recipe for Thanksgiving dinner. I've never made cheesecake, and never had pumpkin cheesecake, but this was so easy to make! In like 15 minutes you had the whole thing in the oven!
It was AWESOME! So creamy, so tasty, so DELICIOUS!!!! My friends loved it, it was a hit!
The glazed was a great touch, exactly the amount of sweetness needed for the cheesecake. Don't over-boil it, it will get too hard.
No need for water bath, just don't over bake it (mine was done in 1 hr and 7 minutes, no cracks or anything) but after it cool down a it cracked because I din't ran a knife on the edges to prevent cracking. Although with the glaze, you couldn't tell!
Can't wait to do it again for Christmas!
