Reviewed roast loin of pork with fennel

1 day ago on FoodNetwork.com

Perfectly delicious! I think I lucked out because I didn't realize there was a difference between pork loin and pork tenderloin. I used the tenderloin (which I guess is smaller than a typical loin) and it came out perfectly, but I did cook it 40 minutes and rest it 15. The vegetables were perfect, even at 425. My husband made this for us tonight, and, although I'm not a smoker, I felt a craving for a cigarette after eating this sandwich. It is to die for. The garlic chips are such a great idea and added extra pizazz to a sandwich already full of flavor. Love your show and look forward to trying all your great meals-in-a-sandwich""
