"Taste like the real thing! My husband and I are trying to go gluten free after reading about the health benefits in a popular book. My daughter is already gluten free due to a number of food allergies. These are the first chocolate chip cookies that taste like the regular ones. I did make them smaller though. The 2 oz size was just too much. Thank"
About Me
Have been interested in cooking all my life. Have 3 sons in the restaurant business. Two daughters who can cook as well.
Have cooked dishes from just about every cuisine but my favorite is Middle Eastern and German holiday baking.
Other interests are playing guitar, Flamenco music, travel, theatre and foreign languages.
