Reviewed Glazed Carrots

Flavor is awesome but never really got it to make a "glaze" Not sure if the recipe needs to be reworded or I did something wrong, but if it was an actual GLAZE it would be 5 star for sure""

I learned in making this recipe that I'm NOT a fan of eggplant but that is definitely not the recipe's fault. All the other components were amazingly good and I brought the leftovers to a work potluck (an entire 13x9 dish filled to the brim) and it was GONE IN MINUTES in my department of 12 people and everyone was begging for the recipe. These are really good. It may take it out of the $10 range but better to get salmon that is already no bones and skin. Potato isn't totally necessary as you can replace the volume with extra salmon which I prefer (I don't like seafood cakes to have too much filler) but doing it as written is a great and tasty way to get some salmon in on a limite...

Definitely not an everyday (or maybe even every month) recipe, but one I would come back to any time I want potatoes and baco...

The most incredible pot roast I have ever made and I'm always looking for a new spin on pot roast. Italian style, mexican style... pot roast is always a winner. This one... AWESOME.

Here's the deal though. I've made it several times and never done the prunes and it's never felt like it's missing anything. Also, as far as the bacon...

This stuff is AWESOME however the last step of frying it is totally unnecessary. I understand it gives a bigger variety of texture, but in reality it just adds more fat. Having the fork tender pork with a little heat, sweetness from the citrus and and various spices is amazing all on its own! This is DEFINITELY one of my favorite Melissa recipes!...
