"I loved this soup and apparantly so did all my guests as everyone has requested it. I modified this a bit because I had a friend who is vegan. I changed the corn to frozen kernels (did not have a grill pan so just broiled in oven, the chicken stock to veggie stock and also added a can of black beans. It was delicious. I had the chicken on the side that my guests could add with all of the garnishes. I can't wait to try it with the chicken broth and chicken added next time.
