We LOVE! this recipe! I have to say I understand how someone might have issues with the flour coating and the meat being "mushy". There is a little trick...cook the meat in groups of 10-15 pcs. I did this in my slow cooker and the meat came out great. I also only used half a bottle of syrah and the meat wasn't "winey" tasting. This is definit"
