Favorite Foods
I grew up in a Hispanic home so Mexican dishes are all filed away in my head - I've taught most of my kids Spanish rice by memory! Very important!!I guess I'm known for just being able to cook... I think following a recipe is simple enough :-)
I ALWAYS make sure food is seasoned well & has lots of flavor!!! If you're taking the time to make it you should enjoy the 'fruits' of your labor - right?
