"Continued...... By the way, I didn't mention how evenly brown and crispy the skin was from using the turkey triangle on the breast as Alton instructed when roasting your bird. My husband LOVES turkey and now LOVES brined turkey so that's the way I will ALWAYS prepare it. I am getting ready to get another turkey to cook for Christmas!
