I have always loved to eat great food but was to busy with work and my business to cook. WOW! What a mistake that was. In the last couple of years I have learned how exiciting and relaxing but most of all fun it is to make food that people ask for because they enjoy it so much. I think right now comfort food is what I am having the most fun with BUT I am ready for the greater difficulty in dishes that chefs prepare. Unique ingredients and the knowledge to make them come together, Fascinating !
