My mother introduced me to Egg in the Hole in the 70's and to spreading deviled ham on toast around egg and on the toasted circle. Today, to cut some of the fat, I spray non-stick skillet and with buttered PAM and cook on one side. Then lightly spray untoasted side and flip and toast.
