Contrary to what other may have said, the stew was not sour. They must have used a cheap quality wine. The stew was very delightful with slight acidic under notes complemented with a savory rich upheaval of tender succulent beef, fluffy potatoes and sweet carrots. This meal plated four with generous servings and a possible seconds for one. I would"
