About Me

I am a Social Studies coordinator in a private school in Jordan.  I love to experiement with food.  When I make something new, I gather 3-4 different recipes and then come up with my own recipe.  I have loved the kitchen since I was a teenager always helping my mom and making the family birthday cakes.  I try to make everything from scratch, from jellies to all different types of breads.

         Even though I work, I try to fulfil all of my families needs at home.  I make sure they have a home cooked meal daily ready at 4:00.  I hate using anything ready or pre-cooked from the supermarket.

     Seeing my family eating what I prepared for them with joy inspires me to cook and made them their favorite desserts. 

Favorite Foods

   My menu is an international menu ranging from dinners from all over the world; including Middle Eastern, Italian, Mexican, American, French, German, Indian, and Chinese foods.

          I am known for my cheese cake, my different types of breads, and biryanni.

        My favorite restaurant is Bennihanna.
