About Me
My favorite Food Network star is Ina hands down. She is my peaceful cup of calm after a long day.
I love to cook and I'm known as a decent cook. My favorite thing to make is homemade soup.I believe it shows love for whom ever you are making/giving it to. I am the proud Mom of a pastry chef from the French Culinary Institute NYC.My other children are great cooks as well.I used to be an avid gardner with a fine vegetable and herb gardens. My children and I would choose what fresh veggies each evening what we were going to have.My daughter believes this is a huge part of why she became a chef. She still marvels at the veg i grew. She says to this day " Mom, you were feeding us vegetables long before they became the in and current fad.My other children are gaining a love of vegetable gardning.Makes me a proud Mama :)
