Outstanding! I cooked the ribs slowly over low heat on the grill for 2 hours and then turned the heat up for a quick outside char. I then put them in the oven on 300 for 2 hours. The next day I put them in the oven on 200 for 1 hour with bbq sauce and the result was WOW!!! Ribs that were so tasty and the meat fell right off the bone! A keeper for "

YUMMY! Following recipe to the suggestion...instead of paying top dollar in the off season for red and yellow peppers, buy frozen peppers with onions and chop in your Cuisinart...simple and a cost savings!!!
