"I used half ground turkey and half lean ground beef and this is about as close to Skyline as I;ve ever come without being in Cincy! Thanks for the recipe and I suspect my using turkey and very lean beef had an impact, but a little less fat was the trade off for the taste I so crave.

My all time best restaurant meal and experience is Jazz Brunch at Commander's Palace in New Orleans..... more great food at most of the known and little known restaurants in NOLA.
