There's a typo in the body of this recipe. After you cook the mushroom mixture, the narrative reads "Add 1 tablespoon salt and 2 teaspoons pepper." That's a cut-and-paste. OK, this is a little TOO hot! You really can't serve this as a side. Maybe it can be spread on a turkey sandwich as a condiment or on pork. Whew! I'm cutting the serrano and adobo in half next time. The orange is a nice touch along with the cinammon---I zested an orange in this as well so the citrus really cuts through.
