Reviewed Beef Stroganoff
"Two words. EASY and delish. I had all day house guests...they showed up for lunch and stayed all day then for dinner...so I needed something quick and easy. "This dish was as delicious as it was EASY to make! There were no leftovers! "

I was a chef for a couple of years when I was younger. I learned to hate it, and I could not stand most of the people I cooked for at the end. I was SOOOO burned out on it then I went to bartending and got burned out on that as well, and was stiffed by my boss for about $500.00 in wages. One day I was watching Ina Garten, she made something that looked so good and she was so wonderful on her show. It got me back in the kitchen....I now love cooking again!
Too many to mention...and sometimes the simpler the better!
