My Activity

Reviewed Panera Broccoli Cheese Soup

"Try using Swiss cheese instead or cheddar and adding some chopped ham. A totally different recipe but very yummy."

Jan 30, 2013 on Food.com

Reviewed Chicken with Wild Mushrooms

"Nothing special. Flouring the chicken made for lousy skin texture and the overall flavor was bland. Threw the recipe in the trash. Sorry Ina. Not your best recipe. "

Reviewed Asparagus Bundles

"Wonderful. I added the sauce midway through cooking so the bacon could crisp. I also broiled it on the middle shelf the last 5 minutes for extra crunch. I may try it with sprouts next time. This is a keeper."

Reviewed Super Sloppy Joes

"Easy and very tasty. Great for a quick supper and the leftovers make a great wrap for lunch the next day. I wouldn't change a thing.""

Reviewed Ginger Carrot Soup

"I found this soup very bland. The proportions of garlic and ginger in the recipe appear to be half of what he used on TV. I added some garam masala to pump up the flavor and it helped to a degree. I reheated it today hoping it would have improved, but no luck there. This one isn't a keeper."

Reviewed Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip

"I make a similar dip but use swiss cheese. It is always a favorite at parties."

Reviewed Dry-Rubbed Rib-Eye

"Of course it is salty. Three tablespoons is a lot of salt. Just decrease it to taste as the asterisk implies. She's also using huge steaks.
