Reviewed Broiled Tilapia with Mustard-Chive Sauce

I am giving it 5 stars because the sauce is so easy to make, can be used with many different foods, and is a fantastic base for tweaking it to personal taste.

Flavour of the sauce - even though I have used half of the lemon, for me it was too sour (and I use lemon all the time, my family loved it though, as is IMO requires...

I made two modifications, first off I have marinated the chicken for few hours and grilled it for couple of minutes to get nice grill marks, other than that I have followed the receipe fairly closely but using red wine (didn't have white open).

The chicken was good, tender and had decent taste, however the sauce was mostly sour...

The red wine suce is amazing, easy to make, you can prepare it before hand, simply love the taste.
Just make sure you don't limit the sauce to using with steak, you can add it to just about anything, had it on a chicken sandwich next day and it was to die for.""
