About Me
I work in a public library and we have a huge collection of cookbooks. I am always trying new recipes along with some of my co-workers. We bring food to the staff meetings and just to snack on.
Favorite Foods
I like to make deserts of all kinds. Cookies and cakes are the ones I do most of the time. I don't have a favorite restaurant.
I prefer to get the best ingredients I can find and cook at home.
I do prefer seafood restaurants when I go out to eat, being a Marylander, because I don't cook saefood very well.
One of my favorite chefs is Ina Garten. Every time I try one of her recipes I am happy with the results.
