"This was easy and really good. I've done a Rachael Ray recipe that is similiar, where you cut a loaf of pound cake to fit the pan and layer in ice cream and freeze it then drizzle with chocolate sauce. A really fun summertime dessert that's a crowd pleaser and a great make ahead. And timpdg, of course you could substitute other cookies - I bet "

"OMG these were OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS!! Not too chewy, not too crispy. Had all the flavors of fall, well minus the pumpkin and nutmeg. This is easy, inexpensive and oh so delicious.
