"I just made these for my BF's birthday. He loves oatmeal cookies, and he likes Guy Fieri, so this was a win. The recipe was as fun and easy as I've ever done. The rosemary offset the sweetness of the sugar and honey just enough to make for a wonderfully flavored version of an old favorite. Thanks, Guy, for a great recipe. :-}
-- Second time making them, skipped the rosemary [I like sweeter cookies than BF does] and added just a tinch more of the sugar and coconut. Still REALLY good. :-}
