This is DELICIOUS! I've made similar salads using quinoa, tabbouleh, etc., but farro (first time cooking with it) is my favorite. 1/4 cup of farro has 7g of protein (compare to 6g/quinoa), so great alternative! This was delicious, so easy to prepare, and looks great served on a raised platter for brunch. I used 2% milk (as that is all we have) and cut back on the sugar (as another reviewer suggested)to 1/4 cup, and it was plenty sweet.
