Love his show so thought I�d give this a try. Really struggled with this recipe but stubbornness prevailed.
I used cool pureed semi-cooked pumpkin flesh (uncut med pumpkin baked ~hour @375F on cookie sheet, cut, remove seeds, food processed flesh)
Came down to 2 C of pumpkin puree, halved oil, added about 3 T applesauce to compensate...

I suggest preheating the oven sometime into the second rise.
The comment about confirming live yeast had good intentions but we couldn’t tell if it was frothing or not after 10 minutes.
We had to test the yeast using a conventional method before proceeding.
Rolling the dough out 30 inches long and 6 inches ‘wide’ made...
