About Me
I am a single mom of 3. Love spending time hiking, listening to music, reading, just chilling watching tv and, well, any thing that seems fun at the time. I do Ultrasound at different locations. I love baseball, but not the hot dogs (blah). I have one really picky eater and I don't eat red meat so my kitchen feels like a restaurant some nights making a different meal for each of us.... and I love it.
Favorite Foods
I love comfort foods and Asian dishes. Even though I am American with mexican background (grandparents from Ireland & Germany) I never was a big fan of Mexican but love love love Asian dishes the best.
