Reviewed Chicken Sate with Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce
"I LOVED this recipe. Thank you Ellie Krieger!!!! Everything was wonderful!! I went a step further and instead of serving on the skewers, I served it on Butter Lettuce leaves. To achieve this I thinly sliced the chicken after cooking, garnishing and resting. I also thinly sliced some carrots. To finish: I put some of each the chicken & carrot strips on the lettuce leaf and drizzled the peanut sauce over them. Then wrapped them like a burrito. My family LOVED this!!! Adds some veggies!!!! "
About Me
I am a stay-at-home-mom who loves to cook and experience different ways of cooking. Italian and New Orleans cusine are my favorites. I also love cooking shows to learn different things, etc. Chopped, Barefoot Contessa and Top Chef are my favorites! Would love to have a restaurant one day!!! But for now I just try to better myself in the kitchen. I really enjoy cooking for my family and friends.
