Ohhh man. Perfect. I make this probably twice a month. If you're making it for two, you'll eat leftovers for a week (the dish tastes even BETTER reheated as leftovers).

I have made this cake many times, it is PERFECT! I usually end up using about 3 1/2 to 4 cups of apples, and like to use a couple green and a couple red. Brought this to a big party and had to email the recipe to about ten different people the next day. Also stays delish for a very long time and tastes great with a cup of coffee for breakfast.
