My Activity

Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread

"This one is a keeper! For clarity, I used organic coconut oil which brought a really nice under tone of flavor. I used sour cream and I did add the walnuts. I doubled the recipe and added chocolate chips to half of the batter. Deliciously moist"

Reviewed Granola

"This is an excellent recipe to start with for a base recipe. I use walnuts or pecans instead of the cashews. I also add pumpkin, sunflower, flax or chia seeds to bump up the nutritional content. Sometimes I add some cinnamon. I stick with 1/4 c of the brown sugar, oil and maple syrup and do not add the extra 2 tbsp since we do not like it quit""

Reviewed Tomato-Basil Bread Pudding

"Fantastic side dish to any meal or outdoor BBQ. Will also add fresh corn cut from the cob when making it this summer. Great dish for the vegetarians in our family as well. ""

Reviewed Homemade Hot Giardiniera

"I have been searching for a giardiniera to resemble what you get in Chicago. This one fits the bill for sure! So glad Jeff won this season as lot's of us are from the "sandwich generation". He brings the basic sandwich to new levels of wonderfulness! ""

Reviewed Bourbon Peach Cobbler

"Excellent, finally a "cobbler" with a true cobbler topping. There really is a difference between a cobbler, crumble, and a buckle even though the terms are used very loosly. Tyler never fails to please, his recipes are always tried and true!""
