This recipe was amazing! It was perfectly spicy without being overpowering. I marinated the lamb for a day and let it come to room temperature before baking it. My only change is to put aluminum foil in the baking dish because the yogurt burnt on the sides of the dish and it was impossible to clean."

Super good and easy. I added a little white wine before the stock to deglaze the pan- otherwise you lose all the good chicken drippings."
