This was truly delish! Added abt a tsp of cornstarch to the sauce to make it thicker faster. Next time will follow other advice and sear the chicken in the oil until just about ready, remove and cook the sauce then put chicken back. The wings dint hold much flavour after marinating for abt 2 hrs. For some reason my marinade turned out very thick and the sauce even thicker. Was really looking forward to devouring this dish as I love mangoes and the excellent rating. Big disappointment. Overall was nothing to write home about and will not try this again.""

Made this last nite with a few variations, used breadcrumbs instead of cornflakes and cheddar cheese. Marinated in the buttermilk overnight and added a few more herbs to the mix. Very good recipe and tasty. Dint have pancetta on hand so used streaky bacon. Fried the bacon with some chopped tomatoes to reduce the oily effect and therefore fried the potatoes with olive oil and not in the bacon oil.
