“Excellent Paula! Just this side of being fabulous! Presumed it would favor an Asian flavor... not at all! Wonderful medley of flavor & taste.
Could not find Tamarind so sub'd with lime juice and brown sugar (supposedly the closest alternative to tamarind). Added a bit of flavor by using some applewood chips as well during grilling.
